I am what is considered a “seasoned user” when it comes to all things kratom after 15+ years of treating my chronic pain. At one time I let my tolerance reach the need for 12g per dose. All that being said, I’ve never been hit so hard with any form of kratom like this! I’m not looking for the nods or numbness or passing out, but I was cocky my first few doses of this. Unbelievable. Vision was so blurry I couldn’t type on phone. Kept nodding off in middle of emails. I learned early on to avoid the nausea that comes with crossed eyes and such so I took a dbl dose of dramamine quick. Felt better but I was literally fucked up! I want pain relief, energy, euphoria. They include a tiny little scoop with the ALK and make it clear to go easy and weigh out .01 of a gram. That’s no joke. I measured out . 01 and laughed. So added another. Then another. Then another. .04 G looks like nothing. Dosed under my tongue. And it didn’t take long before I couldn’t see straight or stay awake! Waited 12hrs and went. . 03. Nope same. Tried . 02 better but still blurry and nodding out! Finally,i Took the recommended .01+ and I was finally able to stay awake and function. Gotta admit that I need a little less still. BE CAREFUL with this stuff! Vendors always claim product is powerful so I did what I wanted. Had to cancel a Dr appt cause couldn’t drive! Lol. This is like no other extract of any kind I’ve tried.
3grams of K-pop under my tongue was a standard dose for pain and good mood. Keep it wet and suck all juice out then chew it like taffy until it finally breaks apart and crumbles then swallow.
This 90 ALK is amazing. Be careful and work up in dose instead of down like I did. Get some generic dramamine at Rx to have on hand. You’ll thank me. I am experienced. I make my own extracts(stardust is better) and eat like candy. I finally got my ass kicked. Not proud, but wanna give ya a heads up if you try. I bought 5 grams. Will last forever. Always wondered what it felt like to be roofied. Lol 4-6hr ride so plan for it. This is my personal experience. If I read this review I wouldn’t believe it either…

I’ve finally built up a tolerance and can take a rounded scoop with no problems. What I wanted to add was the “legs” or life of dose. I normally dose 6-8gr Green Maeng Da every 3 hours all day every day for pain relief. I just noticed that one little scoop of the ALK lasts me about 6hrs before I notice the benefits fading. No withdrawals either. This is great if you want to help someone withdrawal from opiates/opioids like I’ve had to do a few times. Instead of forcing 4 – 5gr of leaf powder down the throat of a newbie, a little bit of this under the tongue much easier. I’ve got one more way to consume this I want to try and I’ll report back on this. I can’t believe I was ignoring this all that time.
