Is Kratom legal?

Kratom is legal in most of the United States. However, several states, including Arkansas, Wisconsin, Vermont, Indiana, and Alabama have passed legislation banning the local sale and possession of Kratom. Additionally, we are unable to ship to some states, such as Tennessee, due to regulations regarding credit card payments and kratom.
